Can I make GrapheneOS VM?

I want to use a smartphone app called Briar messenger. https://briarproject.org/
But the desktop version of this app is under development and I want to install the smartphone app. So please tell me how to create a GrapheneOS VM.

Perhaps these two discussions should be merged along the lines of implementing the desktop version of Briar. Since the app uses Bluetooth, WiFi, and Tor for messaging Iā€™m not even sure which template would be best suited, or if attempting a debian-minimal version would be reasonable.
