I have 1 computer with 3 SSD. Can I install Qubes OS on every SSD?
I want 1 Qubes for testing 1 for work and 1 for personal use.
yes you can do that
Qubes OS should allow you to have a single install for work and personal use, that’s the point of Qubes OS, but you could still install them separately if this ease the management.

In addition, note that one of the effects of any multi-boot setup is that your setup is likely to be as secure as the less secure of the different parts. Of course, that may be totally okay depending on your needs and the kind of testing you intend to perform.
