Can I disable (when installing Qubes 4.3.0) preload disposable qubes without negative consequences?

During the installation of Qubes 4.3.0, the following option appears as selected (it is checked):
Preload disposable qubes based on the default DispVM (faster usage)

I don’t want to use it. Can I uncheck it without negative consequences?
