Well, for this you were right.
Putting specific mirror for baseURL, for example
http ://fedora-mirror01.rbc.ru/pub/fedora/linux/updates/37/Everything/x86_64/
would work.
So mystery is why cacher interfere with updates metalinks (and default BaseURL) and not with “stable”…
