Not sure if this is a Qubes OS issue or a Purism issue.
It has happened a few times already that when I plug the jack earphones the screen goes black and freezes. I have to turn off the laptop and restart it.
How to prevent this?
When did it start happening?
If it was after dom0 update then maybe it’s an issue with new kernel version and you can try previous kernel version for a test.
