BIOS - Does Qubes update trough dom0?

Firmware updates for Lenovo current system(im using thinkpad t480) are available on Linux via LVFS. Fedora has LVFS support integrated into their system software update tool, so i should receive firmware updates automatically when i update dom0 since it uses fedora?

I doubt it unless Fedora are back porting updates to eol versions.

but not sure how mature it is.
