do you guys tried to use auto cpufreq in dom0? is it a huge risk to install it in dom0? also i’d like to know if this can help to have a better battery
Unless it explicity supports xen’s governor control, it probably won’t work.

it starts with Lenovo specific, but as it wasn’t relevant it migrated to automatic cpu frequency management depending if laptop is on AC or on BATT applicable for any laptop.

I’d be pretty wary of installing auto-cpufreq in dom0 anyway - adding third-party python scripts to the most privileged part of Qubes usually isn’t worth the risk. Better to stick with the built-in Xen scaling or the TLP tweaks mentioned in that other thread.
