Remarks
Need to turn on IOMMU in UFEI. No other problems.
Video works after suspend, unlike my older board+cpu. That was huge to save wear on the hardware.
Wifi/Ethernet works without issues.
Some devices show as ie, ‘00:1f.5 Unknown: Intel Corporation Tiger Lake-H SPI Controller’, but they all seem to work.
Although, this step and subsequent procedure to copy qubes to BOOT might have been needed. It was an auto reflex step for me to do, so I never bothered to check.

Edit: I guess you don’t need to perform the above steps ever since Qubes started using grub. So it seems all that was needed was to turn on IOMUU in the UEFI menu (mobo is UEFI only, does not support BIOS) and the install and everything works correctly.
