Remarks

To get working Ethernet and WiFi I had to go into Settings of the sys-net Qubes and strict pci reset on both devices then hit apply and saved the settings.

I tried suspend it seemed to work, though I’m not sure what would happen if it didn’t work either. So sorry I can’t be of more help there.
