Installation
I had to reinstall Qubes 4.2 about 3 times. It appears to be error user and it booted up fine on the third attempt. The only thing I had to do was remove a PCI error I was getting and that was easy to fix. It was an Realtek Ethernet PCI that I had to disable under sys-net.
Basic Input
- Keyboard input works
- Touch-pad works
- Touch-pad supports “tap as click” and scrolling with 2 fingers works
- Display brightness change shortcuts does not work for me.
Internet and bluetooth
- Wi-fi internet works after fixing PCI error
- Sound / audio works via USB Bluetooth headset
Personal Experiences:
- Creating/deleting/renaming/managing/using Qubes works fine
- Installation worked after a 3rd attempt (User error)
- Login screen and logging on has no issues
- YouTube runs smoothly
