Appvm forget installed programms

I already hat the issue with waydroid so the Internet connection cannot be hold after reboot. Now I found out after setting a wireguard appvm that all my appvm doesn’t recognize installed programms. So I tried to switch to fedora-41 and there still the same problem is.

Sudo dnf install wireguard-tools is installing
Wireguard is set up and is working after shutdown the vm and rebooting it isn’t installed anymore?

What’s wrong here?

this is because it’s an appvm. You should install these packages in the template used by the appvm.

You should install software in the underlying template.
