Anything like keynav for qubes?

Does anyone have recommendations on any tools like Keynav for Qubes?

“Keynav is a piece of an on-going experiment to make pointer-driven interfaces easier and faster for users to operate. It lets you move the pointer quickly to most points on the screen with only a few key strokes.”

KeyNav: Eliminate The Mouse From Your Life

Hello,

Can’t think of anything like this. But have a counter, no mouse at all (or minimal) try out i3 i3 (window manager) | Qubes OS . Almost only use my mouse in the browser.

I see no reason why keynav itself wouldn’t work on Qubes. They even list fedora as one of “known working” distributions, albeit the article is very old. Main problem is that you need to install it to your GuiVM (which is likely to be dom0 at the moment of writing) if you want to use it in all vms, not just a single standalone or something.

For wayland, there is wl-kbptr.

If you are interested in automation, there are xdotool and ydotool.

xdotool might already be installed.
