OK guys so whonix “gw” & “ws” showed updates in qubes update manager. proceeded with both updates and eveything went great and successful for them. Upon having to restart my "anon-whonix domain as it was running and you have to restart to apply whonix “ws” updates qubes generated this error…
[Dom0] ERROR Starting Qube!
Start failed: internal error: libxenlight failed to create new domain ‘anon-whonix’, see /var/log/libvirt/libxl/libxl-driver.log for details. I shut do the domain and restarted and “anon-whonix” appears to be working as this error never happened again after many restarts of this domain. So I don’t know what happened so I’m just letting you guys know.
Mind you that yesterday after getting my networking worked out with the help from everyone here. I did do a “dom0” update late yesterday evening and a lot came across from "salts,kernel and some other updates. So maybe this "anon-whonix"domain error is the result from the updates.
