Remarks

  • Suspend works
  • USB C dock (with hotplug and charging) works
  • Audio and video works
  • Intel Hardware P-States (HWP) is enabled without any issues
  • Mouse/Keyboard works
  • Network (WiFi/Ethernet) works
  • Triple 1080p screens connected to HDMI, VGA and USB C dock work.
  • Notes:
    • System is installed on 512GB NVME drive that is not found by HCL. Only 1TB HDD is found that is used as secondary storage.

All in all, I didn’t find any issues with running Qubes OS on this laptop.

Updating this report.
Everything is working in 4.2 as it was in 4.1. So everything from the first post is still valid for 4.2 release
