Windows HVM on multiple monitors - is it doable?

I finally have decided I need to run a stripped out windows box in qubes for a few programs and have managed make a very minimal windows 10 pro install in an hvm whith QWT installed and working very well.

I use three monitors and sometimes would like to use two of them with the windows HVM, but I can not find any way to configure this (in the same way that its possible in in VirtualBox?). Is it possible and how can I configure it please?

(Side note: If you were able to get virtual box to do it and not have VB flip its lid when you tried to resize the second monitor window…you were better than I was.)
