Window titles in another lang are displayed incorrectly

Hi

When I open firefox on clearnet or whonix and go for a website that is in another language than eng, I get a window title of something like
[disp2224] ________ | ______ ________ ______, _: ___…

Is there a way to fix this somehow please?

In Qubes Global Config, General, Window Management you have an option to allow UTF-8 window titles.

Will this decrease the security?
if no, are there any other implications and why isn’t this the defaults then?
if yes, what are the security issues I may face? Any alternatives to that?

OK. But I noticed I have this option per qube, and because I don’t want to allow this globally, how do I allow it for specific disposable qube that is already running? Because if I go to the qube’s settings and select to allow the UTF-8 it doesn’t have any affect and I can’t restart the disposable because it’s disposable. So what do I do?

Maybe create a disposable template for that?
