Depends on how your builtin keyboard is connected internally.
If it’s PS/2 then no, it will keep on working pretty much no matter what.
If it’s USB then “yes”, if you manually undo the configuration that allows you to use it in dom0 at the moment and attach relevant usb controller to sys-usb. Otherwise it will continue working the same way it was before.
