Why are some icons not translucent and others are? It looks awful

In Qubes 4.3 if I set the XFCE panel to translucent, almost everything is translucent except for the whonix icon the wifi icon the vpn icon, which show both the icon and the surrounding space with no translucence at all.

it looks bad why is it like it

Make tray icon background color transparent instead of white

If possible, it would be nice if system tray icons could have transparent backgr…ounds instead of solid white. This would make them look more like native dom0 tray icons in dark color schemes.
