which is the lightest file manager, that i can install with minimum number of additional packages, that has native drag and drop and black theme support?
This doesn’t sound like a Qubes-specific question. Perhaps you can get more answers on Linux forums.
Everything that runs on Linux should run on Qubes fine (otherwise you can ask for help here).
