Where can I find the disk resource usage manager?

I installed the system on a regular USB flash drive (128 GB, USB 3.2). The question arose of how quickly the resource of rewriting memory cells will be exhausted. Therefore, I would like to see real-time graphs of reading / writing a disk, as in Windows, for example. I did not find such a manager.

And a second question.
Is it possible to minimize the overwriting of the disk, let’s say, to run the cubes completely in the allocated RAM and that would only read information from the disk, and not write it down. Is there such a conditional “onlyread” mode?

Whay was the name of the tools they bought already? Can you give some screenshot of the kind if statistics?
