How can understand why after unplug AC power, Qubes system working with lags?

Check your Power Settings - there are different settings for “Plugged In” or AC Power, versus “Running On Batterey”.

And what here I must see/check? After I again plugin AC System not restored, again working with lags.

In your computer’s BIOS.

Can I check any info. from Qubes or which logs I can see?

No, it’s managed at a lower level in the mainboard firmware, which has profiles whether you are on battery or not.

On some Dell machines if a problem with the power is detected or an AC adapter does not have adequate wattage, the CPU frequency may be set at 800mhz.

Did you followed/used any guide/thread on this forum about battery/power savings?

Understand, but again,

  • when I run laptop without AC everything working great, next if I plugin AC everything is working
  • when I run laptop with AC everything working great
  • when I run laptop with AC everything working great, next if I unplugin AC I get lags, next if again plugin AC lags not fixed.

About BIOS option, I try to check.
I think try to search forum topics.
