When installing Qubes OS should I delete EFI partition? would the installer create one?
I assume, though you do not say, that the disk was previously used for some other OS. I assume also that Qubes will be the only OS on that disk.
I would start with clean slate and remove all existing partitions. Let the installer create them anew.
