What's the minimum memory/cpu and storage requirements for Windows11 HVM?

I keep getting “This machine can’t run windows 11” at the initial phase of win11 installation in the StandaloneVM.

So far, I tried giving it:

Memory: 8000 MB
VCPUs: 8
Private storage max size: 80 GB
System storage max size: 80 GB

I keep getting “This machine cannot run Windows 11” error in the HVM installation dialog. Any other people who are able to run Win11 on QubesOS 4.2, what are the Standalone specs you give to it?

Maybe it’s because of a missing TPM. I think there is a way to disable the TPM check during installation, you can search some guide about how to install the WIndows 11 in a VM and it should be applicable to Qubes OS.

Exactly. The guide to bypass it is available in the official guide in the “For Windows 11 only” paragraph.
