What Happens When I Clone Disposable qube?

Quick question - when I clone a disposable net-vm, is the “clone” a copy of the original net-vm or a clone of the current state of the root filesystem and home folder? Asking bc I like to clone my net vm’s and delete the “old” ones to keep the paranoia at bay.

If it’s disposable, what’s the point of cloning and deleting? It’s done automatically every time you restart the VM.

Have you ever wondered what happens if you clone a running DisposableVM? We’ll I tried and the results were interesting: it gets us a named one-time disposableVM. (I guess it makes sense). Basically it shows in your applications menu with the name you chose. Then you can start it, but only really run it once. After that it disappears from the applications menu. I haven’t come up with a good use-case for this. But maybe it could be interesting for someone here.
