Wanting to switch to Qubes

Ohh no no. My SSD is only for media. Like movies, books, etc. I have fresh USB’s for the install.

There are too many to list.

Well my guys I finally made the switch and so far it’s been a bit of a challenge.

Few more questions.
What type of Qube would you suggest for hosting IVPN. I would only be using this for the VPN and I would like it to be system wide.

Also, Any tips on customising the look. Every thing is so small and its a strain on the eyes.

Best regards

Are you aware of this guide?

This may be related to XFCE. There are some “system tools” in the Qubes appmenu that could help you to change the “appearance” in dom0.

I suggest a monitor with a lower resolution, and for dark theme, you can right-click the XFCE panel and change it to “Adwaita-dark”, then do a related procedure for each TemplateVM.

I’m trying to follow this guide.

After I try typing the command

sudo dnf config-manager --add-repo https://repo.ivpn.net/stable/fedora/generic/ivpn.repo

Into the terminal I get back-

'Unknown argument "--add-repo" for command "config-manager". Add "--help" for more information about the arguments

EDIT!
I just followed along with the Fedora 41+ syntax instead and it seems to be all working!

Ahhhh feck I dunno what I have done wrong!

When I open FIrefox in my personal Qube to check my IP address it is displaying the wrong Ip address to the one IVPN is connected to. When I disconnect and reconnect, Whatsmyips.com says the same thing, which isn’t what IVPN is showing. I have tried both personal and work Qubes using firefox and tried rebooting and still the same.

Mmm, looks like it would be more appropriate to look for help in the community guide topic or you can create a new one.
