Hi guys. I just wanted to run Clam AV, and was told that it was better to do it from a separate qube, so I created one, and installed Clam AV, Chkrootkit, and Rkhunter. In the process of mounting the qube I wanted to analyse, I was trying to run ‘qvm’ commands, but invariably I got the response ‘command not found’. I’ve checked and I have installed Qubes OS 4.2.3 and a Fedora 37 (Xface) template. Any ideas of why this is going on? Also, if the apps detected malicious files, what can I do about it? I’m very new to Qubes OS, so please be patient.
Follow this guide to mount the qube’s storage in another qube:
If you install it in another qube isn’t it just on that one specific cube ?
You can install it in a separate template, create disposable template based on this template and use Clam AV in a disposable qube.
Then you can attach the storage of another qube to this disposable and scan its content in the disposable.
