USB Storage device attach failed

When i try to attach USB Storage device to any AppVM appear error:
Attaching device xxxx to $qube failed. Error: QubesException - Device attached failed

After wide search around forum, git’s and another sources have tried without result:

  1. Remove minimal-usbvm service from sys-usb
  2. Recreate sys-usb base on different templates inculding Fedora-43 and debian-13
  3. Change kernel
    and few more small steps.

Block-storage variant attach process of same usb device work well.

Someone faced such issue in last fully patched 4.3?

Solved by remove from /etc/qubes/policy.d folder policy file named as x.policy.backup :man_facepalming:
