USB issues on Framework Desktop

On my new Framework desktop running qubes os r4.3-rc1 I have been having a lot of problems relating to USB. The computer crashes if I have a usbc hub plugged into the USB ports during boot and the front panel USB does not work. I have tried both the default kernel and the latest VM kernel. Please let me know if there are any other troubleshooting steps I need to do. The USB hub worked before I rebooted my computer but now nothing connected to it works. The front panel USB worked during the install as I used it for the thumb drive but it hasn’t worked since.

I just tried compiling and installing the 6.17-rc2 VM kernel and the USB issues still persist.
