Unman's Ubuntu Templates does not update "Failed to apply DSA-4371"

Just installed @unman Ubuntu Template from his website I installed the qubes-template-focal-4.0.6-202109240024.noarch.rpm template. Fresh install. When you attempt to update the template in Dom0 Qube Manager I receive the following error:

‘Failed to apply DSA-4371 fix: dpkg-query: package ‘libapt-pkg5.0’ is not installed and no information is available. Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files. Error: Failed to get apt version.’

What do I do to get it working ?

Don’t update like that - the Qube Manager route is (or should be)
deprecated and the inclusion of DSA-4371 an error. There are open issues
for both of these.
Update using the Qubes update tool.
