Trying to install qubes os

I’m trying to install qubes os but it says this PCI all t
he time. What does that mean, always so
complicated with qubea os it is fustrating!
Help

I can’
t open any qube because the popup error about PCI comes

Trying to open any qube this comes

  1. Your device listed here: Hardware compatibility list (HCL) | Qubes OS ? With any notes?
  2. Try to reinstall with kernel latest (better to get fully worked installation from the box then troubleshoot unexpected things)
  3. PCI troubleshooting | Qubes OS

I’ve had qubes os on this hardware before working just fine then I nstalled windows but want to get back to qubes now

Is this a fresh install?

Op here. I have tried the PCI guide you provided. No “strict reset” via gui done to that PCI device changed nothing. Qubes open up fine without the pci device activated on sys-net, but problem is then I don’t have internet at all.

I tried also running the command
qvm-pci attach --persistent --option permissive=true --option no-strict-reset=true sys-usb dom0:<BDF_OF_DEVICE
on dom0 terminal but that gave this error: "backend vm ‘dom0’ doesn’t expose device ‘device_name’

So I have tried everything. Help please! Yes it was a 100% clean install, actually the popup came on the installer gui even before I was able to see desktop wallpaper.

I tried on 3 different usb sticks with fresh install. Could it be that the installer simply doesnt know how to erase old disk LUKS encryption? I think it doesn’t know because each time in installer GUI it hasnt erased old OS content so is only way to install qubes Os buy a new desktop?

Edit My dumbass didnt double click the device on PCI strict reset, now it works let’s party tonight wohoo
