Transfer devices from sys-usb

Hi.
I have a problem with my mouse. Every single time I start qubes there is a window asking me where i want to connect the mouse, i always select dom0.I would like to add it directly to stop getting that window.so, how can i remove a device from sys-usb ?
And how can I add it to dom0?

In dom0 menu Q → gear icon → Qubes Tools → Qubes Global Config → USB Devices tab → USB Input devices block change Mouse for sys-usb to enable.
