I tried reinstalling the latest version of Qubes.
I always set the time to Coordinated Universal Time but once the installation finishes, I find the time is about a few hours ahead.
In the screenshot below, it says 17:54 when it was actually about 13:54 at the time I took the photo.
I also followed the instructions on systemcheck but it didn’t fix anything. In fact, clock-random-manual-gui wasn’t even installed in dom0.
