A few days ago I (perhaps unwisely) done an update on dom0 (using the normal update GUI). Ever since, closing the laptop lid for a medium/long length of time and re-opening it results in a permanent black screen. The only solution is to force reset the laptop. Prior to the update, it was working fine. Also closing the lid for only a brief period of time works fine.
Any idea how to begin troubleshooting this?
