Sys-usb shutting down

I haven’t been able to find anything related to this issue, so I’ll ask on the forums. My sys-usb will shutdown randomly for no reason. The logs show no relevant information to the shutdown. I’ve had other issues with sys-usb such as me being forced to restart it whenever I want to connect my mouse, as this is the only way for the dom0 popup to show. I can’t backup Qubes to an SSD over both thunderbolt and the USB-c port as it will shutdown mid-way through. Could this be an issue with the fedora template? I’m on Qubes 4.1 with brand new hardware, so I assumed it could’ve been a driver-related error.

Which template is your sys-usb based on? Can you try to change it? Did you try fedora-35?

Right now fedora-34, I will try 35

Maybe you have some errors in /var/log/libvirt/libxl/libxl-driver.log?

You can try to add no-strict-reset option to USB controllers attached to your sys-usb:
