hi, i have a problem… so here it is, when I want to start my laptop and enter the login page, well there for some reason I don’t press anything, only the touchpad, the keyboard and mouse don’t work at all, but after I saw someone with the same case, I tried adding the qubes.skip_all parameter in module2, well there it solved I can run my keyboard and mouse, but when I open qube manager and start sys-usb there is a pop up that device (blalala alr actived) well there I thought the problem was solved but it wasn’t as I expected, only a pop up and rgb appeared on the external/internal keyboard and mouse (it didn’t work at all)… well there I thought to delete sys-usb by running qvm-remove --force sys-usb and I created a new sys-usb with the command: sudo qubesctl state.sls qvm.sys-usb, There is already a new sys-usb and I want to run it but it’s still the same as what i was talking about before, that is it doesn’t work at all and only the pop up and rgb on the keyboard/mouse are active (it doesn’t work at all)… is there any suggestion for me to fix this? now all my usbs run on dom0 (i think), thanks

What is the laptop make and model ?
I’ve installed qubes on many laptops, never had this issue.
To clarify, the keyboard works before you log in ? You’re able to enter Luks password and user login ? And then it stops working ? Are you talking about laptops keyboard or an external USB keyboard ?
hi thanks, my laptop is lenovo loq irx9, the issue its on sys-usb after w gpu passthrough on my vm work:), the keyboard/mouse its work if output on dom0
the problem its fix, when i try inul and use qubes 4.3, maybe inputmouse and inputkeyboard on 4.2 have a issue
