Good morning. Upon boot today I was greeted with the above warning. Never encountered this before. Error went away with a reboot. Was this machine compromised?

You could take a look at the usage of the partition /rw/ (using df -h /rw).
There should not be many data in there.
sys-net terminal and file manager fails to open. I was able of open file manager this morning when the capacity warning showed up, but it acted buggy.
