Sys-net NetworkManager unbearably slow / non-functional (fedora minimal)

good day everyone,

i changed all of sys-* to a fedora-33-minimal dispVM. for a few weeks now, everything works as intended. however the NetworkManager applet is painfully slow, and it occasionally does not even work. does anyone have any idea about that issue? do you think it is due to templateVM being fedora-33-minimal?

The easiest way to find out would be switch to a disposible vm based on the full fedora 33 template. (Of course, it could also be the case that your minimal template got somehow corrupted.)

You might have to little memory assigned leading to excessive swapping.
Please check either in the Qubes-Manager or via qvm-prefs memory
