Screen Flickering on Acer Aspire E5-575

So, I have horizontal tearing intermittently on my qubes install. It doesn’t happen constantly, just every few minutes…I haven’t timed it but, it seems related to the anon-whonix qube, which uses TorBrowser. Just a hunch, IDK.

I think it may be related to PSR? I don’t know how to disable it. The instructions I found in another thread were for a previous kernel version and from like five years ago. So can anyone help me troubleshoot this? It’s annoying and I’m trying to make sure this isn’t a bigger issue than just mere annoyance, as well.
