NovaCustom NV41 is a certified laptop for Qubes OS
I found a problem. Fn + F8/F9 does not works at all. And i cant increase or decrease screen / display brightness in any ways. How to manage this problem?

I’m sorry for my late reply, I didn’t see your post until now.
I assume you installed Qubes OS yourself? It looks like you did not select kernel-latest (last Grub option) while installing Qubes OS. Can that be the case?
It might be the easiest solution to just reinstall Qubes OS that way.

Witch version of kernel is required for this? I have 5.15.103
sudo qubes-dom0-update kernel-latest

I did kernel upgrade. Now 6.1 But problem still exists. Sound control (fn + f5/f6) works. But screen brightness (fn + F8/F9) control dont work =((

I’m sorry to say that I do not have an easy solution.
If you ordered your laptop with Qubes OS certified, you can apply for warranty.
If you installed Qubes OS yourself, the only suggestion I have is to perform a reinstallation while using the kernel-latest Grub option when booting to the installation pen drive.
Also, please make sure that you are using the latest Dasharo firmware, which is v1.6.0 for now.
