Back for my second attempt at qubes having learned a lot more (but still not enough) about linux during my sojourn.
Having found some instructions, and managed to overcome some initial difficulties about a pci card that wouldnt I wanted to configure a raid 0 array for my new install. If only because id tried and failed so many times on my first foray onto thr world of qubes os, and i was reasonably sure i could do it this time.
I logged onto the root of the local host at the opening page of the installer. But try as i might once I’d finished transposing my configuration into bash, i could not work out how to exit the shell environment and return to the gui of the plymouth installer to finalise my and install my custom configuration in triumph. This has led to deveral fruitless hours on google trying to find an answer.
Finally admitting defeat, i created a new account and came back the forum in the hope that someone coukn̈ fairly easily give me a straightforwardly answer. I have tried exit, close, alt+f1-f7 and any number if other possibilities. But none if them seemed to work. Help!
