I have installed the latest official QubesOS version on my Lenovo ThinkCentre M73 tiny and it works just fine.
But when trying to shut down the system via the UI or the Terminal, it restarts instead.
The Power settings in the Bios for waking with USB devices etc. are all off. And I do not find any valid solutions.
If you type this command in dom0, does it reboot as well?
systemctl poweroff
Yes it does reboot.
I remember someone having a similar issue. Try to disable wake on LAN (or wake on USB) features in the bios, there is certainly something triggering the reboot.
After disabling it (again? it somehow has reset those settings) it did it. Thanks.
