Renaming "Hardware Support" to "Hardware Issues"

I think we should rename the “Hardware Support” category to “Hardware Issues”. From the users perspective, I think it’s clearer what it means.

Whoops. Had forgotten to capitalize the “i” in “issues”. That is fixed now.
