I have here to tell you about a RAM problem.
I own a mini pc intel NUC 7i7BNH that I upgraded with 32 GB of RAM.
The problem is that when I’m on qubes OS and I type into the dom0 terminal: “free -h,” it only detects 4GB of RAM (which sounds logical given that everything is slow)
Yet when I go into Bios, it detects 32 GB and when I launch another OS like tails, it also detects 32GB. I therefore deduce that the problem comes from qubes OS.
Would anyone have any idea? Have a good day.
Qubes OS only allocate 4 GB memory to dom0 to use, use xentop in dom0 to see the full system memory.
