AFAIK the whole point of Tails is that it is not persistent. If you need persistence, I would recommend Qubes-Whonix instead (but I’m no expert).

I did some experiments and i got streaming isolation enabled by creating 2 different firefox instances with different profiles and connected them in their network setting to different socks5 prorts of the whonix-gw. This is not recommended btw.
