Qubes Won't Load from the USB After Installation

I tried to install Qubes on my new laptop with the following configuration:
Processor Intel(R) Core™ i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
it showed finished and reboot but will not load from the USB, having performed all the necessary steps.

Any suggestions, please

did you install qubes onto a USB drive?

Yes i did, i used rufus to create a bootable disk then installed in the second USB but it will not load? any solution?

having qubes on a USB drives nullifies the advantage of having the USB controller in a USB VM because dom0 needs the storage from that particular USB drive. and i guess you cannot ensure that this USB controller only hosts one USB device or? rather find yourself another SATA/NVME device that you can innstall your OS onto

  1. Your usb storage must be 32 gb at minimum.
  2. Can you confirm that install destination is in another usb drive ?
  3. Can you confirm that bootloader are not missing ? (you can check it by booting into Qubes OS Rescue from your qubes bootable installation then type efibootmgr -v on shell.
