I tried to use Remmina RDP with Qubes-Whonix and only SSH and SFTP show up.
Second question, I originally used Debian template and qubes-whonix as the network connection, and it worked for RDP. But i did an IP test and it showed my home IP on Firefox (what the fuck!!!). I thought since i used qubes-whonix networking all my traffic was sent through Tor?
I need to be able to access a non-Tor IP, but still be anonymous.
All answers appreciated.
The qube connect to the network using the net qube configured in its Settings.
For example, if you open the personal qube’s Settings (Q → APPS tab → personal → Settings) → Basic tab and the “Net qube:” is set to the sys-firewall or sys-net then your personal qube will connect to the network through clearnet. If you change the net qube to sys-whonix, then it’ll connect to the network through Tor in Whonix Gateway qube.

It says the net qube is sys-whonix. There was a yellow cautin triangle warning me of something, but I changed it in advanced and now it is gone, basically default disposable template. I changed them to sys-whonix for both.
I don’t know where did you see it or what did it warn you about.
If you point the mouse cursor at the yellow triangle and wait a bit then it’ll show you a hint with a message.
