[qubes-users] where may I find logs for USB controller

Hello friends,
I bought a PCIe USB controller card, which is advertised to work with linux.
It is Sonnettech Allegro Pro 4 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C.

On my fully updated system, lspci shows the other USB controllers, but nothing about Allegro. So I wrote to Sonnenttech and they asked for the logs to study them.

Due to the peculiar nature of Qubes that hides USB controllers from dom0 (lsusb reports no USB device) I am confused about which logs may be useful.

Any idea?
Best
Franz

It seems there is some problem that prevent me from replying either using the mailing list or using the forum, so I reply here to the kind Haaber:

Yes, that was the first thing, I tried to check that the USB controller is assigned to sys-usb, but nothing appears.

Well, to tell the whole story, I put the new Allegro USB card (officially Linux compliant) in the place of an old USB card
that was working, but sometimes gave problems, hoping to improve the situation. The old card was assigned to sys-usb.
So after I replaced it with the new one, in the device right tab appeared: 01:00.0 Unknown device (Unknown).
I moved it to the left tab hoping that a reboot might recognize it, but nothing. It completely disappeared.

In the sys-usb "qube settings" go to devices and see if sys-usb is
allowed to "see" your device. Maybe you did that already, maybe not
