When you click on the blue Qubes Domains icon in the notification area a menu drops down showing the user the running VMs, and if you hover your mouse on a VM a menu pops out to the right with basic VM tasks, like `Shutdown`, `Restart`, etc. Is it possible to add an item to this menu? For example, another item in the menu is `File Manager`, which i use frequently and it is a very nice shortcut. I would like to add an option for Kate (the text editor) in this menu.
