Right click on Network Manager icon → uncheck Enable Networking then right click on Network Manager icon → check Enable Networking.
Retry the templates update.

Hi,

i think the IPv6 issue was the reason for the problem. Now the update runs smoothly for the other qubes.

Hi,

i still have problems updating the following qubes:

debian-12-clone-software
debain1-2-clone-office
debian-12-xfce

the following error messages showed up:

I do have internet access on Wifi and Lan…it seams to be an “internal issue”…

Do you have disposable sys-net?
Maybe your changes in sys-net were not saved.

Try to change your Default update proxy from sys-net to sys-firewall in Qubes Global Config → Updates tab. Maybe you’ll need to restart sys-firewall after this change.

Why sys-firewall is not set as default update proxy in Qubes Global Config ?

It would save a lot of headaches and questions.

I had the same issue and fixing this setting solved the issue.
