Qubes OS install from USB-C "blocked by current security policy"

Hi there,

The message mentioned in the title appears when attempting to install Qubes OS on my Windows 11 Lenovo Yoga 9i computer. It comes up after selecting the USB drive from the boot menu.

What’s going on and how do I resolve this? Thank you.
